One reoccurring topic is actions EMs want to commit to as a result of the yearly employee survey.

Another one is how this layer wants to standardise processes, like how teams do quarterly planning.

It really depends on what the purpose of the guild is.

The mutual support is definitely needed. I've seen some of the managers that I've worked with always giving more and more to their teams without not much of a support system for themselves.

Peer support is what really stuck out to me here. Taking a more collaboration approach, even when you are in a leadership role, propels you forward.
